Thanks to Erik, Jani, Robert and Gašper, my family, Ivana, and Francois Louis – for opening my ears – and all my friends and people who are supporting what I do! (Jure)

Hvala Eriku, Janiju, Robertu in Gašperju, moji družini, Ivani in Francoisu Luisu – za odpiranje mojih ušes – in vsem prijateljem in drugim, ki podpirajo moje delo. (Jure)

The only dream worth having is to dream that you will live while you are alive, and die only when you are dead. To love, to be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and vulgar disparity of the life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never to forget. (Arundhati Roy)

Zasledovati lepoto do njenega izvira. Nikdar ne poenostaviti zapletenega ali zaplesti enostavnega. Spoštovati moč, nikdar silo. Predvsem gledati. Poskušati in razumeti. Nikdar gledati proč. In nikdar, nikdar pozabiti. (Arundhati Roy)

I finished my Master degree in arts this January-finally!!! Now Im free and Im waiting for phone calls-gigs! I also finished my 3 new recordings-yeah, you heard it right-three new CD's are going to be published soon, so watch out for new releases.
One is with my slovenian buddies:a quintet feat. Erik Marence on piano, Jani Moder on guitar, Robert Jukic on bass and Gasper Bertoncelj on drums. It's going to be released on Goga Musica records in Slovenia in this year!
We also recorded live Trio gig in club called Stockwerk in graz. It features amazing Howard Curtis on drums and Steve Wood on bass. This one is going to be released on ORF records in Austria.
And the third one is a quartet with Renato Chicco on piano, Nikola Matosic on bass and Howard Curtis on drums. We did some of my new tunes, some of Renato, Coltrane's Wise one, Parker's Segment and Shorter's Miyako. Im still looking for a record label, so if you know any good one (that pays a lot of money!!!) call or write me.
